With 18 years of experience and a love for all things pole and aerial fitness, we welcome all abilities. Teaching you everything, from the complete basics, through to flying around the pole where you'll be gaining strength, having fun and making friends in our welcoming group classes.

Get strong on the pole learning tricks spins and combos. Absolute beginners through to advanced students welcome where we will learn a variety of moves to get you spinning around the pole.
